THE WORKSHOP

23:03

The workshop is in a disused metal works a short drive from what some people are calling the Jungle, for us it’s The Site and you would know it as the Calais Migrant Camp.

The owner has given the charity, L'auberge de Migrant this space for the winter to store donated clothes, blankets, tents and food.

We have set up our workshop in the front section of this warehouse, where we have already started to build our shelters.

We have a production line underway where we fabricate each section of the shelter ready waterproofed and insulated, ready to transport directly to site, where they will be assembled in an average of 90 minutes, dry, warm and secure.
