TARGET MET - 100 SHELTERS AND COUNTING

We are happy to report that over 100 shelters have been produced and gone up in the camp, which
means we’ve already beaten our target for Christmas. This has been a collaborative effort and could not have been done without the hard work of many people.
The teams who live and work in the camp deserve huge credit for working through rainstorms and gales ensuring people get shelters they desperately need.
Also massive credit goes to the people who have been working hard in the workshop alongside us, and particularly those who have ensured it continues to run when we cannot be there.
L’auberge des Migrants have been a fantastic partner, ensuring that the shelter programme can continue by providing the workshop space and assisting with funding of materials and helping find volunteers to make and assemble 7 days a week.
Finally, a great big thank-you to everyone in the UK and further afield for your continued support and contributions.
